Thanks for all coments! This video was for my odissi class students when I was teaching odissi in Japan.(now I'm living in India and already left dance) Such a lot of people gave commens and adviced me, appreciated my dance, thank you so much. : )
Serene, Sublime and Sculpturesque, it's transcendence through Bhava and Rasa of Classical dance. I have a question, in the music who is singing, adi guru panakj sir? Is it? Please Replay me.
Beautiful performance. Very soothing and pleasing to senses. The dancer is super impressive by not trying to be impressive. Very genteel and graceful movements. Thank you for this.
Wow so beautiful! Really elegant, such grounded and clear footwork, gorgeous tribhungi.. and above all felt so peaceful watching, which is really so precious. 🌺🌺🌺
Nice 😊❤️, but some hands and steps are different from the really ones, I know because I have been learning odissi from 3 years and it's fast and some hands and steps are different but good job ✨And the bole is a little different from this one. And she is moving a lot. But nice I like it ☺️☺️
Wow. Very beautiful! Where did you train? I was an Odissi dance student for a few years before I decided to give up. And pallavi's were always much more difficult for me, compared to other pieces (abhinaya, mangalacharans, etc). Abhinaya and mangalacharan were much easier in that you either knew the lyrics, or knew the moves. Pallavi's were so abstract to me that it was hard to keep up with different taal. So I am very impressed with the grace of your basanti pallavi. Very good job! PS : Don't listen to the idiot comments below. I honestly think most Indians who see foreigners dance Indian classical are just jealous, nothing more. I, as a former Odissi dancer know skill when I see it. Your presentation and form is very good!
Maam can i please find this audio. I am an odissi dancer i have already learnt basant pallavi years bak bt i have lost this audio. Is there any options i cud get this aud from you.

May I ask who is your Guru? Is it the style of Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra ? I like the music. It is different from others Vassanta Pallavi
